I liked the beach. It's Juanillo Beach. Clean beach, white and fine sand. It's properly taken care of.

Always a pleasure to go back to the Hyatt Ziva - this time we stayed for longer and what a relaxing amazing time we got. Big thank you to Anderson our butler for looking after us, making sure everyday that we are happy, that our pool bed is prepared every day, following up on our spa bookings and special requirements. Again a big thank you to Anderson for the bottle of champagne and strawberry chocolates you left for us in our room the day before we left - we enjoyed it!!!! A big thank you to Daniel “our waiter” at the pool area for providing our drinks, making sure that we always have water and bring our first drinks in the morning without asking. Thank you for talking to us telling us more about where you from, your family and your dreams and that you are doing this job so safe money to study and to look after your daughter and mother. A big thank you to Lisandra (pool bed inspector) checking on us everyday making sure that we are happy and always nice to chat to her and her appreciation of her beautiful country. A big thank you for Haydon for organizing and booking our New Years eve table at Zilara Pool - we enjoyed the evening. We can highly recommend Hyatt Cap Cana to anyone, good quality food, exceptional caring friendly staff members and amazing comfortable clean rooms. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is the best resort in Dominican Republic!!!
