We loved it. Our room was right by the beach so we overlooked the coast from the mornings and evenings. The facilities are amazing too. Even though, I’m not keen on pools and prefer the sea, it was great for our children who loved it all. Being all inclusive meant we had drinks and food on demand. The restaurants are also amazing, but we stayed for 10 days so we repeated a few of them. It’d be good if they changed the menu from week to week. The reception zone is a great haven and it’s where you get good quality coffee and ice-cream. It would’ve been nice to have it by the residential area and coast where people would benefit from it better but I could see the reason why it’s located where it is. the walk there is amazing through turtles and iguanas and there’s even a little train which takes you there for a couple of minutes. we had a blast and we would definitely return. The staff are wonderful, we loved sharing the time with them. They are very well trained in terms of service provision and are super positive and helpful. They don’t molest you if you don’t want something (for example buying an item from the beach etc). they’re very respectful which is a rarity for this part of the world based on my travel experiences. Really beautifully done, as an architect I loved the low rise master plan. Our room was amazing, spacious, clean, airy and well lit. The style is very Caribbean which is also a lovely addition.
