Payment at the property is not accepted. The payment of the reservation must be made through a payment link, within 24 hours of the message being received. All reservations are paid in US dollars. Unpaid reservations will be canceled prior to arrival. In case you require an invoice, it will be provided by a VIAJES GRUPO TURISTICO INTERNACIONAL S.A., local invoices are not available.We're thrilled to announce that renovations at Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana will commence from May 1st and are scheduled to conclude by November 19th 2024, enriching your experience. Renovations will not disrupt common areas or services. The Electric Train Route will remain operational with minimal adjustments. Renovation work will be conducted daily between 8 am and 6 pm, with noise after 9 am.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was bigger than expected, bed very comfortable, good size for bathroom. Pools were amazing, big and not overcrowded, spent most of the time at the pool near the beach. Drinks and food plenty and very very good. Staff was amazing and attentive all the time

Size of room was great and the location of the unit was good, 3th floor in front of a pool as requested, althought we could not really see due to the trees in front

The lobby and reception are impressive. The whole estate is wonderful, loved the manglar and the well taken care of gardens. There are several pools to choose from, and there are several activities to participate in. Special recognition for the team that take you to the room and pick you up after check out, very professional and hard working

The buffets are incredible. We reserved nightly ala carte dinners, all at different restaurants which was incredible. I used the app to book dinner reservations ahead of time, but when we upgraded, I had to redo them. There was no way to cancel a dinner reservation if you changed your mind, however, we just showed up (without reservations) at two restaurants, and they graciously let us in. The two excursions we booked through the hotel were excellent, and we felt safe. This is a lovely resort, and well-kept. Transportation to and from resort worked well as I booked that ahead of time.
