The rooms are nice (if a little dated), the butlers were a great help and the water park at Fantasia is fantastic.

The beach was beautiful and the people that worked for tips were very nice (cleaning people and the baggae people). The manager ended up to be very helpful and seemed to care.

Food was ok for buffet. They had Espresso in the morning, just needed to ask for it! I personally liked the bread, as there was a lot of variation! Cheese, Prosecco, salmon, fresh scrambled egg etc.! Really nice! Lunch and dinner had more or less the same choices every day. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The nights where quiet. Very nice pool area, always enough chairs at any time of the day. Food at the Circus Restaurant was actually much better than expected! It was really good!!! Entertainment for the little ones was great! The kids club was nice as well!
