The room was very comfortable and the kitchenette perfect for a longer stay. Very well situated at a walking distance to the main square.

I liked everything about this property - from the very welcoming receptionist who spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful and kind on my arrival, to the very comfortable and very clean suite which was well decorated and had absolutely everything I needed for my stay. It is a little gem of a place and it will be my first choice of property when I next go back to Punta Arenas

The kitchen was better equipped than most air b and b’s we have stayed in. Lovely rooms, bed soooo comfy and nice and warm

Everything is great - both the place and the hotel - everything is new, comfortable rooms, equipped with everything - you can cook, there is everything you need, excellent service staff

The front desk staff were really helpful. The room had kettle, fridge and toaster oven. Shower was good pressure and hot and radiator warmed my socks!

A great studio apartment in a good position in town .The decor was fabulous and didn't lack anything. The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the apartment, a great idea.
