Super location, everything is clean, bog bathroom and big room. Staff is helpfull with your lagguage for the stairs.

Great location in the centre of town, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff let us leave bags in hotel after check out for the door while exploring the town and called us a cab to the airport.

Great location, very accommodating staff, clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and overall great value for money and a very pleasant experience. With some small uplifts it could run for a 4th star 😉 We regreted not staying an extra night, it was that comfortable.

Really nice room with a balcony overlooking the central square. The hotel has some old charm vibe to it. Breakfast was good.

The localization of the Hotel is perfect, at the corner of Plaza de Armas, central square of Punta Arenas, walking distance from the Strait of Magellan. The staff is kind and helped me a lot. Owing to early start of tours I was not able to enjoy full breakfast but always had someting to eat prepared even at 5 am. The rooms are pretty simple, but clean, bed comfy. Anyway I did not spend too much time in the hotel which served as base for tours.

Fantastic first hotel for our Patagonian trip. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, the room was big and beautiful and cozy. Breakfast was everything we could ask for. We would stay here again if we return to Punta Arenas.

The location is perfect - right on the main square in the middle of Punta Arenas. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
