It had everything I needed for a one night stay. The shower pressure was good and was a nice temperature. I liked the pet cat too which was very welcoming. Philippe was very welcoming and went above and beyond to answer my questions and help my queries!

Felipe is so helpful and kind. And know he has a very lovely cat, Chili. It's very clean and cosy. The shower is great and it was very nice to have the possibility to prepare my own meal. This blue house on the corner is really a perfect place!

Absolutely amazing. Very cozy acommodation with the cute gatito as a bonus. Felipe was very kind and helpful (thanks again for the help). Breakfast was also rich enough which isn’t a guaranteed thing in South America. I would’t mind staying longer but I had time only for one night.

Filipe's accommodation was a great deal for us, it was in a good location, cost effective, clean and nice..We were to arrive late @ 11 pm and he was cooperative to invite us in at this late hour. The room itself was clean, well heated and nicely done. Bathroom was commonly shared and clean. Filipe himself cooked us a yummy breakfast the next morning. All in all, it is a great place to stay in Punta Arenas. Highly Recommended.
