I had a wonderful stay at Sol Plaza Hotel in Puno. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. The staff was very helpful and accommodating—they also offer tours to Lake Titicaca, both half-day and full-day options, which made exploring the area super convenient. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the bathtub for relaxing after a long day. The hotel's location is perfect—just one block from Plaza de Armas—so everything in the city is within easy walking distance. Overall, Sol Plaza Hotel is a great choice for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Location is 1 min walk to Plaza De Armas. Room is big and most importantly, the water pressure and hit water was good.

The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and cozy, exceeding my expectations. The location is excellent, very close to the main square. Breakfast is also provided.

The hotel is well placed for the square and a 15 minute walk to Lake Titicaca. Staff are friendly and the room is a decent size. Breakfast was very limited and hardly worth the walk downstairs.

The staff were very helpful and organised early check in and booking onto tours at late notice. They also helped organise a taxi to the airport. It’s a 20min walk to the dock and 2min to the main square. The room was a good size and was light and airy.
