Shuttle pick-up services are available upon request (between 5:00 am and 21:00) for a surcharge.Please note the property has free private parking for 4 motorcycles.Please note the free 3-hour city tours take place from Monday to Sunday from 2 pm.--Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Pacha Suite is located in Puno and offers free Wi-Fi.
Rooms at the Pacha Suite are equipped with a private bathroom and TV with cable channels. There are also dormitories, which are equipped with a shared bathroom. Bed linen is provided.At Pacha Suite guests will find a 24-hour front desk and a shared lounge. There is a tour desk that, among other services, offers a free daily 3-hour city tour. In addition, guests can use the property's bicycles for free and there is a laundry service at an additional cost. Guests will also benefit from a free shuttle service from the bus station to the property from 06:00 to 21:00, upon request.The hostel is located 200 meters from Plaza de Armas and the Church of San Antonio. Lake Titicaca is 13 km away.

Super gentle staff, we could leave the luggage 2 days before and we book a Titicaca lake tour with them at a very good price. Very central location.

Good value for money, it is located very close to the city centre, the room was big and clean. The shower was good.

Nice place in a good location to access everything in Pune, close to the main square. We had a good hot water shower and Wi-Fi. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation did washing for us which was a little expensive but was convenient for us. They lost one item but quickly found it for us when we notified them. We booked a boat tour to the islands through the accommodation which worked well.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, location a few blocks away from the main square. Possible to book trips to the floating islands at the reception with a pick-up at the door (if the trafic allows it).

Comfortable beds and good location. The WiFi is pretty good too in comparison to other places we have been. Staff very friendly and they also stored our bags whilst we went to the Uros Islands. Good value for money.

We booked a twin room and ended up in a room with 4 beds to ourselves! Beds were super comfy and the shower was fantastic, great pressure and very hot water - best I'd had in weeks.
