I arrived by bus and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel, the location was easy to find, very central, just one street back from the main road. Check-in was easy, everything was explained and I was shown to my room. The room was perfect, with plenty of space, clean, fresh bedding and towels, everything clean in the bathroom, quiet and warm considering the temperature got cold outside at night. Breakfast was included, eggs, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt, juice and coffee or tea. Lake Titicaca pier was a 2 minute walk, and the city center was about 10 minutes away. The staff were very friendly and English is spoken. Although I didn't go, a trip to Lake Titicaca can be arranged. Puno has a nice atmosphere and I liked the hotel and staff, the location was excellent and the price was more than reasonable.

Great value for money, location was good. Walking distance to the main square and stations (although some are a bit further than others, so check if you have a lot of luggage). Very friendly and helpful staff!

Incredibly nice hosts. Especially the owner and her lovely little daughter we got to play with a bit before we had to leave for our bus. The owner offered tours in and around Puno and we went for an overnight trip to Amantani on Lake Titicaca. The owner offered to keep our bags and also early breakfast before the tour began. The room was clean and spacious with a nice hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located in walking distance of both the harbor and the bus stations. Highly recommend!

The owner and staff at Maya Inn are very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. What I love most is the sincere smile and help from each of them. Right below the Maya Inn is a lively market. No matter morning or evening, you can buy a lot of delicious local food just like the locals. This is the best way to experience the life of the locals. Btw, although this hotel is located in a busy area, it was not noisy at all and I had a great sleep at night.

I liked the spaciousness of the room which was a relief after spending the night on the bus from Arequipa Facilities were clean and a towel / bar soap were provided although I chose to use my own in the end Proper warm shower was very welcome There was breakfast served - with hot food options like eggs available
