This hotel is a great place to stay and I'd really recommend here. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough to help you. The hotel is on a slight hill so the views of Lake Titicaca can be seen from the rooms at the front of the hotel. The breakfast is buffet style and scrambled eggs made to order. The breakfast sets you up for the day ahead. There is a roof terrace so you can see the views of Puno and the Lake. The rooms have all you need and the bed was very comfy, we slept very well. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The hotel can also recommend any trips you'd like to do in the area and will give you details of the area too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, smart tv. They offer a lot of tours and taxi's. When I was struggling with the altitude, the receptionist Antonio helped me out, he is a great guy!

We loved the staff who were absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond for us, so very kind and caring. The location was great as it was only a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. And the breakfast was yummy too!

We had a spacious and bright room in the 3rd floor. It was on the street side but quiet. We had a nice lake view. The room had no heating but we immediately received an electrical heater upon request. The staff was very kind and very helpful with all the requests or questions that we had. Antonio even asked us about suggestions for improvements, which we really appreciated. The area is quiet and felt safe the whole time.

The hosts are really nice. You got the feeling that they love what they do. They give you advices and hints for your stay in Puno. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast is very good. You're very close to the central square.

The owners were great! Super-friendly and helpful. Arranged two wonderful trips. Allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. Breakfast was perfect. The view from the top of the hotel is fantastic.
