Very helpful staff. Provided a space heater and accommodated a late check out. Good breakfast and hot tea available in the afternoon.

Good value for money. Helpful stuff, very decent breakfast - lots of fruits and some veggies if you are vegan. Super close to the main square.

Easy to find. Safe and clean common areas and room. No hot water at first, but spoke to guy at the desk, and he had it going in a few minutes. Then it was great with nice pressure. Breakfast was simple but good. Fruits, eggs, bread, selections of juices, ham and cheese. Only stayed one night between the train from Cusco and a flight to Lima. Hotel booked a tour of the floating islands as well as airport transfer. I would definitely recommend or stay again if I ever return to Puno.

One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve been in Peru! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom spacious, clean and with amazing hot water pressure, something to be grateful for after visiting the Islands which tend to be very cold. The breakfast was simple but delicious with enough options, and the view from the higher floor rooms is breathtaking. I will come back for sure.

Hot shower with enough pressure, comfortable bed with thick blanket. Not too cold like most accommodation in Peru. Pleasant stay. Great choice at breakfast.

Friendly helpful staff, allowed us to check in early from 6am with no additional cost as well as assisting with some printing. Basic clean room and hot water.
