Location in the main tourist area with all the bars and restaurants (mainly Pizza?) close by. Still quiet even over New Year Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well above Peru standard Best of all was a very early check in

This hotel is everything you need when staying in Puno. Close to the main square, hotel provides many tour options that are reasonably priced, and staff is very helpful in planning and coordinating your stay.

Everything was perfect. The beds are super comfy. Hot water in the shower. Good breakfast. And the most important thing... the costumer service. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

We could check-in early (10:00) and got a nice room with good bed. Thx. The room was long with distance from bed to TV more than 6 meter :). Location is excellent, close to restaurants, cathedral and still walkable to waterfront and market. I would go here again.
