Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. Amazing staff and really good breakfast every morning. Staff were very helpful with tours, transportation, washing, and payments. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and really warm. They tucked a water bottle into our blankets every night.

We only stayed here for one night, but it was a very comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Nice hot shower. The room was already decorated with cute Christmas decorations which I thought was a nice touch. Very secure hotel because you have to ring the doorbell to enter. Excellent location - within walking distance to the main square. WiFi worked really well. The guy who was working at reception on Sunday was the friendly person ever!!!! He organised a packed lunch for us the next day as we had an early start. Mucho gracias!

Staff: extremely friendly and helpful staff; agreed to accept a parcel from the UK for me; arranged a tour to Lake Titicaca and Sillustani in advance of our arrival; accommodated our late arrival (due to a late bus arriving much later than planned); offered a packed lunch on our final morning for our early bus to Bolivia; always had smiles on their faces. Room: room was spacious and hot water was actually hot (unlike several hostels in Peru). Cleanliness: the room was spotless and tidied each day, with fresh towels provided. Location: ideally situated 5-minutes from the main squares, train station (Cusco train) and supermarket (recommended for cheap supplies)/food court (recommended for cheap food with the locals). Value: probably the best value for money hostel we stayed in during our time in Peru and possibly South America so far.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, we had to leave early in the morning and they provided us with a packed breakfast which was very kind. The room was very comfortable and the showers were excellent

- Securely stored our luggage whilst we went on a 2-day Islands tour on Lake Titicaca - Basic but good breakfast (freshly-cooked eggs, fruit juices, coffee/teas, and 2 varieties of rolls with jam and butter) - Clean and hot shower - 5-minute walk to the centre of Puno
