Really loved our stay in this hotel! Bertha was great and had lots of advices! The room was comfortable! She was really flexible with our booking and let us have our room sooner as it was available and we arrived with the night bus from Arequipa! Highly recommended!

We arrived shortly after 5 am, she met us, checked us in immediately and even made breakfast for us, even though the breakfast with our room was for the next day (10 Sol/pers) Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. She also stored our luggage after check out until we left Puno at 2100. On top of the service, a great location. Can highly recommend!!
