The location on its own island was very picturesque, with views over the lake. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice.

We really had an excellent stay. The views over lake Titicaca it offers - whether it’s from the room, bar, garden or restaurant - is the best your going to get. Very solid breakfast buffet as well. We wanted to give a special mention to the staff who were so friendly. We had picked up a stomach bug somewhere along the way on our journey to Puno and they were able to accommodate us staying a little longer.

The rooms had great views of Lake Titicaca. We extended our stay and got upgraded to a suite for the last night. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options, and they even had an entire section dedicated to those of us who are gluten-free! The quinoa crepes were delicious. The restaurant on site was also great - the staff was very attentive and was able to make bland food for me upon request since I was recovering from some serious food poisoning. The area around the property is beautiful and secure, with a little trail that goes around the lake. You'll even spot some alpacas and owls in the trees if you're lucky. Unlike most spots in Peru, there was ample parking, AND it was easy to park.

Location is excellent(you can see the sunrise and sunset over the lake), a lot of wildlife on the perimeter(they also have a heard of alpacas), room was good size, bed was very comfortable, staff were polite, food at the restaurant was very good. Worth noting that we arrived at 12, 3h before check in, and because the room was ready they gave it to us

Amazing location, super kind and professional staff ( special remark for Don Eduardo who went out of his way to help me with the gluten free options both at the restaurant and for the room service, always very kind and helpful). Super treatment from Carla from Peru Deluxe that made my travel even more magic both for the hotel and for the islands tour and transportation. Muchísimas gracias 🙏🏻
