The fine print
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Fantastic staff, really helpful in giving me a box breakfast for an early morning tour and letting me store excess bags until I returned. Hotel is opposite a church so quiet area.

This is such a nice boutique hotel right at city centre. The front desk is so professional and helpful. They try to help us as much as possible. Help us to prepare breakfast box on our early check out day. Rooms are nice, rooftop terrace is nice. We will highly recommend to all who will visit La Paz.

I would compare the hotel to a European Novotel. Standard and clean rooms. Friendly staff, helpful. For 25$ extra we could check in at 4am after bus ride.

Location is good - close to the main plaza. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is very basic but ok. Heating in the room was nice.

Great hotel on main square in Puno. Handy up everything. Very helpful staff and very accommodating when we needed to change plans last minute. Spacious, comfy rooms. Bathrooms a little tired but totally functional. Good breakfast.

Good location and large room (if you book a corners r room with a balcony). Comfortable, warm bed. Decent hot water supply. Reasonable breakfast.
