The hotel had a good breakfast, enough space in the bedroom and a small table to use our computer. It was near Plaza de Armas, where we could find a nice restaurant for lunch. The attendants were helpful and lent us a pair of umbrellas since it was raining a lot in Puno. The room also had a heater, which is quite convenient in the chilly weather that normally Puno has.

Large room with comfortable beds in a quiet area near the main square. Vg buffet breakfast. Make sure you give full name as there are 3 Casona Plazas in Puno!

Hot showers, good breakfast and warm, clean room. Excellent value and stored our luggage for us when we arrived early.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Having heating in the room was a big advantage. Shower was hot and at high pressure.

The location is excellent just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, the main square, pedestrianised streets, shops, restaurants & bars. The breakfast was a buffet which had a good selection & eggs cooked to order. The reception staff were welcoming & very helpful. Our room was a large double & spotlessly clean.
