Guests must be 18 years of age to check-in at the property.Housekeeping is not included. There is no daily maid service.Security deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.Air conditioning is not offered at this property.Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed the day of check in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Smoking is not allowed in rooms, decks, lanais or patios. A $350 nonrefundable fee will be assessed for non-compliance.Pets are not allowed. There is an afterhours courtesy phone in front of the golf carts (attached to a pole and it has a picture of a phone on the box). Please pick the phone up and give it a couple of minutes to connect. Give them your full name; they will give you the lock box code, which has your key and directions to your unit. Please fill out your license number on the form and place it back into the box. Please come to the front desk in the morning with your ID and credit card to finish checking in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I cannot say enough about this resort and how amazing it is. Photos do not show how incredible it actually is. Our cottage #10 was so amazing. The view, so gorgeous. Pool and jacuzzi also amazing. So quiet. And at night, so many stars. Also it is close to the magical Magic Sand beach where you can see a lot of turtles. Staff in the resort is super friendly. We only stayed one night there because we were on a road trip, and we regret we couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend this resort and I can only hope we will come back again.

The outlook was lovely, beautiful gardens. Pool was good. The apartment was a separate building which was good.

Great location near the ocean and beach (although quite remote from other parts of the island). 30 minute drive to Volcano. Our condo had a great view over the gardens to the ocean.
