The place is ok but for me overpriced. There was mould near the A/C (which i asked to clean), and the room was not really well kept, with dirt on the lamps and stains on the walls and on the towels. The location is ok, but not really in a place of bars and restaurants (which on the positive sides makes it more quiet). I was not positively impressed.

The swimming pool, a/c and the balcony, although small was great. Great location, easy walk to the beach.
