Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days.No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes.Rescheduling – When wishing to postpone their vacation, the Hotels will allow rescheduling without a change fee and will guarantee the original rate to travel by December 20th, 2016, subject to availability. The reservation is not transferrable and any additional guests or nights will be booked at current rate.Cancellations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. This was a great place to stay! Everyone treated you like family from the moment of check in to the check out. Food was more than adequate with tons of variety. My waiters Cesar, Miriam and Victor were so much fun and went out of their way to assist with my dining experience! They all called me by name which was a nice touch! The facilities were very clean and kept well!

Overall - I like the resort's interior, as I personally prefer the authentic Mexican style over modern commercial hotels. Staff - The staff is amiable, but it would be more helpful if you knew a bit of Spanish, as not all of them are able to communicate in English. Room - Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The housekeeping services folded the towels into farfelle and boat shapes, which is super cute! Sabores de Mexico (Specialty restaurant) - Only available with reservation. I would recommend the seafood soup on the regular menu. I also ordered a whole lobster with risotto on the premium menu (you have to pay extra MXN$595), and it was above my expectations. Alfredo's service was amazing as well, thumbs up :D Poolside bar - The bartenders are great at making drinks with the "Mexican water" (Tequila) lol. I'm not good at drinking, but I've been trying new drinks suggested by the bartenders, and they were great! The drinks I liked were Mango Margarita, Paloma, Miami Vice and Mojito. Places around resort - Steak house and live music bar across the street; La Isla shopping outlet (8 mins walk); Puerto Magico flea market (9 mins walk)

The food was fantastic at every single meal - and the staff were excellent: kind, friendly and very helpful. The pool was lovely and it was only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The place is very charming - like perhaps it was built in the 1950's. Very close by UBER to the Zone Romantica and all the art galleries and museums. Close to the airport. Great for exploring old Puerta Vallarta!

Charming traditional Mexican architecture in bustling Puerto Vallarta… this all inclusive hotel was delightful to stay at! The room was clean, had hot water and a nice view over the pool and garden. The buffet was FABULOUS and we found ourselves eating at the hotel rather than eating out at all! There’s also a snack bar by the pool for when the main restaurant is closed between meal times. Cocktails were great too, with a small bar provided at the beach, along with designated beach chairs and umbrellas. There’s also a free shuttle to their section on the beach but it’s a very short walk otherwise. We loved Hacienda Buenaventura!

The pool was great. The water temperature was warm but not too hot. There was plenty of seating. That was by far my favorite part.

Great hotel at great location. This hotel had good restaurants and great location ( not far from the beach ) . Bus stop is very close ( so is the airport ) and 30 mins walk from the city centre.
