The staff make the stay perfect. Love the 2 pools. Super quick to get to the airport or downtown puerto vallarta. Everything you need. I only ordered breakfast to the room each morning, which was perfect for us.

The facility on as a whole is okay. Was hoping adult only complex catered more to older people but most were in the 18-25 crowd. They were all very pleasant though. Staff were all very nice and the room in the tower was a newer room and very comfortable. Beds were good. Shout out to Alejandro who changed our old room to a newer tower room and to Esther in the buffet food place. Check out very simple and fast.
