Room simple but ours was large. The price is not cheap but average for this island. It is great that the beach bar can be used by guests all day although it only opens in the afternoon. We spent a lot of time in the hammocks. The family, who runs this accommodation is great, they are happy to take care of your needs and we got to spend time with them and their dog, for example playing games together. We can only recommend this place to anyone who wants to unwind. We hope to come back one day!

I really liked to stay at the Hostal Galapagos. The Owners are very friendly and helpful. They booked two Tours for me! The Bar on the Beach is also very cool. You can lay in the Hammock and in the evening theres good music and Drinks. It was a pleasure to stay there, i can really recommend.

Thank you for an exceptional stay! Everything was perfect - the room was clean, tided daily and offered a beautiful view of the lake with flamingos. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming; we had such lovely conversations. She also helped me with recommendations for local travel agencies. In the end, I extended my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Bar de Beto to everyone!

Internet on the top floor got up to 10 Mbps, but slower in the lower floors. Easy access to the beach through the bar (Bar de Beto) owned by the same couple.

Very comfortable room with a hammock, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host family was very warm and welcoming, helpful with all the questions I had. In some parts, you could see that the place is a bit older, which I personally liked. You can chill at the bar in a hammock all day. All in all lovely place I can absolutely recommend

Reasonable hostal in Isabela. Location is quiet, next to the flamengo laguna and still close to restaurants and main street.

The owner and her son gave lots of information on the island and arranged some tours for us. They were very helpful. The bed was comfortable.

It is a nice hostel. The room we had was nicely spacious. The owner was super nice and very helpful, she gave us many useful tips. The drinking water was easily available in the kitchen. The guesthouse is very close to the beach and in our opinion very good in price-to-quality ratio. We could see many flamingos in the pond behind the hostel. The internet connection was actually pretty good (at least in the top floor where we have been situated). The owner also has a bar which is just across the street, it is a nice place, directly on the beach!
