Nicest hostel I've been to in my three weeks in Costa Rica: very nice staff and owners, we felt very welcomed, clean kitchen, water and coffee is included, nice chill area, not far from Playa Negra, shops, supermarket and restaurants.

We had a room upstairs at the back which was very confortable. Everything was clean, there is a big kitchen very well equiped, the staff is nice and welcoming … would definitely stay again !

Lovely layout of the hostel, nice courtyard, balconies and good location. Friendly staff, secure car parking and immaculately clean - the staff were constantly cleaning! Perfect location for visiting Cahuita and Manzanillo.

The hostel is super cozy. The open kitchen area is perfect to meet people while preparing your food. It's super close to a supermarket and just a few minutes walking distance to the beach. The hosts are super friendly and there is free water and coffee (in the morning) available.

I really loved this place. You feel so comfortable, just like home. All the hostel is beautiful, well agenced, well equiped. The rooms are good, pretty quiet ; I slept really well. Also the staff is really sympathic, just as the others customers. If I could, I would have stayed longer. I completely recommand this hostel !!

Loved our stay here! The hostel is super clean and the staff were always so helpful whenever we needed anything. The kitchen and garden area were the perfect size to cook and relax after a day exploring. Good location too, only a short walk away from shops, restaurants and the coast.

The atmosphere is chill and nice, the garden has a really good vibe with lots of plants. The staff is nice, good kitchen and they have food containers which we can lebel with our name. The dormitory has huge lockers and the bed was comfortable. Hot shower is nice.

everything was absolutely perfect! since the moment we arrived the host was very helpful and concerned about our needs. The room was lovely and comfortable, the shared kitchen very well equipped and clean, we ate there most of the time and it’s a good way to save some money. The location is perfect, near to everything you need to know in puerto viejo and super close to the bus if you want to go places like Punta Uva or Cahuita. We booked for two nights and decide to stay two more, it was lovely! and although our inicial room wasn’t available, Hugo moved us to equally clean and nice rooms. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great location, the staff are great and really willing to help. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be clean and comfortable. There is a big supermarket and laundry (lavandería) which is comfortable and recommended.
