Kim the owner makes the stay. Super helpful and accomodating. We were given a free upgrade. We stayed in the one bedroom house with kitchen which was great for cooking meals. Also provided a laundry service and was happy to help with tips and advice in the area. Bed super comfortable. Good location and bikes available for free

We stayed in the Casita reina (the small house on the property). Everything was wonderful. The house is perfect for a couple. You got everything you need for cooking. Bed is comfortable. Missing a few hang hooks for the towel but otherwise all very comfortable. The pool is super nice. Kim, the host, is very accommodating and you ll received a warm welcome From her and her dogs. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the beach and a grocery store. 30 minutes walk from Puerto viejo so close enough to walk but far enough to enjoy a little peace and quiet if needed. Highly recommend:)
