Kind and sweet owners who helped us with our late check ins and early checkouts, and even looked after our bags for us. Hotel is a lovely cute place right in the centre.

Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in the heart of Puerto Varas, very walkable. Nice recommendations where to eat. thank you
