An exceptional experience. We had a eco cabin which had a tremendous view of the lake and volcanoes. The cabin was spacious and modern. The fitness centre was a bonus and we also used the pool which has a similar view. Carlos at the desk was most helpful in booking day trips and other information. The hotel restaurant is high standard. Breakfast has a good choice buffet. Its a short walk to the lakeside restaurants and the town. The cabins are surely the best place to stay in Puerto Varas.

Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and brilliant! They helped us with some of our travel issues (not with the hotel), including going out of their way to call our next hotel who had cancelled our reservation. Brilliant!

We had an amazing stay. The view over the lake and the vulcano was wonderful, staff was super friendly, swimming pool was gorgeous, and the breakfast was great!

Great location right on the lake but still close to the main restaurants and shops. The bar and restaurant were both fantastic and ideal spots to relax and take in the fantastic views. We stayed in one of the Cabana suites which was lovely and quiet, a short stroll from the main building.
