Sara was exceptionally kind and welcoming upon arrival. We had a very good stay. We booked the hotel because he was in close proximity to the airport. I suggest going to the following place for breakfast and ordering a coffee with milk (it’s right according the hotel). It’s kind of their specialty: Veracruz Flavor Puerto Vallarta.

Sara was very friendly and understanding of our late arrival due to lost baggage. Our room was upgraded and we were driven to a nearby restaurant that was still open. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Super close to airport so good for a layover. Close to restaurants and shops. Sara was super helpful and organised my taxi from airport and from hotel to sayulita.

The location was amazing closing to the airport just 10 mins drive or 15-20 mins walk. Host (Sara) is wonderful. I confirm that her service was excellent, 100% safety and 100% comfortable. I really recommend this place!!!
