It was an expected size apartment and quite quiet (except the noise from renovation), nice pool and nice sunbathing area next to it. All staff very nice. Location of the apartments is awesome - nice view to the sea, partly to the town as well. It is far enough from the center, but close enough that you can walk there - shops, restaurants, beach. Even our small kids liked the walking down and sometimes back as well :) There is enough free parking places on the street, small market in 2 min, beach and restaurants at only a short walk.

The manageress (Satti) was exceptional, never have we encountered anyone who has fiven such a personal experience. Nothing was too much , went that extra mile and her local knowledge and advice on trips were second too none . An absolute gem of a lady too have loooomg after apartments. Cleaners very thorough, immaculate and all very lovely

It was a nice size not too big and really quiet (except for the drilling but that wasn’t a big problem I understand renovation is happening) nice sunbathing area and pool and all staff very nice.

This is a well run facility which offers all you need for a really good self catering experience, Satti Jackie and William run a tight ship and the place is kept really well, the pool and sunlounging areas are exemplary, there's a Hypo Dyno just up the road and getting into Peurto Rico beach or town is a pleasant walk.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Prosecco and water in the fridge was a lovley welcome touch. Host was excellent. Location was good if you don't mind a bit of a hill comming back from the beach and the town center. Good value for money.

Palm Suites is in a lovely location that overlooks the sea. It’s just far enough out that it’s a quiet little haven but close enough that you can walk into the centre in around 5-10 minutes. Just be slightly warned that it’s up a hill but we used a taxi to get up most times and cost nothing more than around €4 euros (worth it in the heat!). In terms of facilities - the pool area and sun loungers are great and plentiful so no need to try to wake up to reserve a spot for the day. The WiFi is excellent and the rooms are spacious and light with a great balcony. The only downside is lack of aircon but there are decent fans in the rooms so we didn’t have trouble sleeping (although I can imagine it would get slightly warm in the summer months)

It wasn’t too big it was very friendly. Our host Satti was absolutely fantastic so friendly and helpful also the cleaner Jackie was so helpful. They left us in to apartment at 1 rather than 3 the check in time. The apartments were great with all the necessary essentials provided We would definitely return to these apts.

Beds were quite comfortable. The view of the pool from the room (36) was pleasant. The pool is quite small but a pleasant temperature, there are a good amount of sun loungers available. Room had a bottle of water in the fridge, there were also other things provided like shower gel, tea bags etc. The location is good, a fairly short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Puerto Rico beach is nice and the bar/ restaurant "the Tipsy Bee" is excellent. However a lot of the other bars and restaurants are very "Brits abroad" you will find it easier to get a full English breakfast than some decent Tapas. There is also a small supermarket a short walk away.
