very helpful and efficient reception staff the room was in very good condition and had been updated the pool area was comfortable the lifts were always available even tho one was out of order being upgraded its lo cation is perfect for beach and local eating areas and not a bad walk to main shopping area plus some good people watching from the balcony

The pool area is lovely. The Taj Palace restaurant within the complex is very good for all meals and drinks, and the staff are great. Location in Puerto Rico is good, with lovely views of the boats in the port (depending on which apartment you are allocated). Apartments are spacious and adequately furnished.

Have been here a few times and always liked the hotel and location but it will most likely be the last as they seem to only want full time residents and cater to them more than other guests

Everything. Rooms were clean. The cleaner was very friendly. Loved my daily call from reception to ask if i was OK and if there was any problem.

Location was great,next to the beach and also the marina to get a boat to different places. there are bars and restaurants on your doorstep and the staff at Portanova were very friendly. The apartments were very clean and would recommend it.

The location was perfect close to sea, good restaurants and shops, the staff were very efficient and friendly, the restaurant in the complex day and night was superb..
