The staff were great and very helpful. David was around in the afternoons and the evening maintaining the complex. If you need anything you just need ask. Apartments were very clean with air con in the bedroom. The apartments are opposite the Shopping Centre Puerto Rico and the Taxi Rank, with the bus stop a few minutes walk. It's a great base for everything that you need in Puerto Rico or even Gran Canaria, as the buses are frequent and clean, so the island can be explored. The apartment was very quiet in the evenings, considering the location to the bars and restaurants just across the road, if you had your doors and window closed.

Very clean, great staff, comfortable beds, plenty of sun loungers to choose from. All staff took pride in the place. No litter, dirt or leaves outside and rooms were thoroughly cleaned 3 times a week.

Hi so we just got back from 8 wonderful days in peurta rico we stayed in this absolutely great apartment the Florida I can honestly say it was spotless ,the staff were amazing I could honestly go on and on about how great it was ,so close to everything the towels wer changed 3 times which I have never seen before for 8 days ,I cant wait to visit it again next year

Location is excellent and literally across the road from shops, bars and restaurants. The apartments were spacious and reasonably comfortable. Pool was easily accessible for everyone.
