The staff were very very helpful and accommodating. They dealt with some genuine challenges with the weather very effectively. A particular mention to Joanna in reception for helping us re arrange schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, Joanna was very professional and helpful. Thank you Joanna

Spacious rooms. Large beds Pleasant outdoor seating areas in front of rooms. Filter water supplied and more available on request. Easy parking. Quiet area of town. No kettle in room, but one provided on request. Cot available (unlike many other places).

My favorite hotel when i'm in Puerto princesa! Beautiful gardens and lovely walking beneath their giant trees throughout the property. Perfect place to relax and scape the city!
