Room was nice and clean, though we had a little difficulty going to/from our room because it was located on the 2nd floor and we had to go up/down the NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE. The bed was comfortable & beddings smelled nice & clean. The rattan decor of the poster bed was nice, as well as the rattan decor on the ceiling. I liked that our room has a balcony (with a table & chairs) overlooking the swimming pool & garden. Breakfast was a la carte though with few choices, tastes good. Staff were all courteous & helpful

people are kind, very nice garden there and swimming pool. they made hot water for us. Nice big room we rent and good location (but 'poor' neighbourhood).

This is a very nice hotel with a good restaurant and a nice pool. Very nice rooms. The staff are very helpful. Restaurant prices are reasonable. The hotel provides free drop-offs and pick-ups from the airport.

Lovely hotel! Nice big room with a memory foam mattress. Free drinking water. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Free pickup from the airport!

Verys nice place to stay and great value for money. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Great swimming pool to relax after sightseeing. Helpful and nice Staff. Breakfest was tasty.

We loved the colonial style of this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful (booked the underground river tour and ordered food for us when their restaurant was already closed). They picked us up from the airport at no charge as well. The gardens outside of the rooms/villas are a plus and help to disconnect from the busy city outside.

The property was very well kept and always clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the front desk young ladies. They were always pleasant and helpful. The free airport transportation was great and efficient. The pool was an extra bonus and refreshing. My room was beautifully decorated and a nice size. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are in PP.
