I stayed for 2 days , rooms are nice , bed is comfortable, water pressure is good . ( only thing missing is a face towel and a shower gel ). Location is perfect, 10 minutes from airport . Everywhere you can get a kind of Tuk Tuk for 100-150 pesos . Mr Cleon the owner is very gentle and he has a lovely family. Staff is very helpful and very polite. A very good stay

Clean mini villa with airco. Good service, we could leave our luggage at the reception during our 3 night trip to Balbac.

We arrived pretty late but the staff were so kind to wait for us. The same with the early check out. They arranged a tricycle for us, gave us water on our way. Also the AC was quiet but got the room cold very soon. Also the location is very close to the airport so it took us under 10 minutes to get there.

Clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful! He even arranged our transport to the airport for 5:30am on Xmas day!! Would definitely recommend staying here is in PPS.

Cleon Villas are amazing, the villa was very spacious had nice bathroom and beautiful garden. The owner was very welcoming. It's about 10min away from the centre so no too far.

The owner was very kind and helpful. He also go beyond helpung me as i jeed to go on my online clas he offer to lend his laptop... place is really nice and quite near to everything... room is very clean... the breakfast is delicious and affordable... kuya helper is very nice too...I really appreciate the help and we will definately will come bck here...thank you

Nice rooms, the owner was very friendly and helped us with everything. Originally we planed to stay for just 1 night but because the place was so cosy we decided to stay for another night and go on a daytrip to the underground river.
