The hotel has made positive steps to improve their customer service over the last 12 months since my last visit , a far improved cafe/ breakfast area ... we stayed in room 205 now has a unit for hanging clothes / storage. Internet excellent through out the building

We stayed here for a lot of our time in Puerto Princesca. Very clean in the rooms, and everything is new as it is a new hotel. Beds comfy and pillows. WiFi good. Location right near the shopping centre. Really friendly/helpful staff, especially those who work in the restaurant and by the front doors who help us carry bags.
