Good location, a bit out of town but easy to walk to. Great staff, super helpful. Basic room and bathroom, all you need for a short stay.

Lounge and breakfast area was nice. Bring ear plugs as the walls are thin so you will hear people waking up early to head off hiking early in the morning. Perfect base for me prior to and after going to do the W Trek. Close to the bus terminal and easy walk into town. Just what I needed. Thank you

We stayed here before and after the W trek and it was perfect for that. The rooms were comfortable, you could walk to the bus terminal and the owner is super nice and very helpful!

Fromt desk staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast staff were hard working and busy providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The location was very close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, taxi, and main streets.

Mostly fine. Breakfast is a sandwich which i guess if fine for people leaving early. Tea/coffee are in the room. Good budget option. Nice communal room/space looking over the town.

Really beautiful communal area!! Room was comfortable, they offer laundry on-site too. Great restaurants nearby. Overall great short stay!

Needed to stay here shortly notice but had a good stay at a good price (provided you pay with cash, tax added with card). The room was comfy and warm. Good location walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. Great common area upstairs with lovely views.

The owner/manager is very friendly, flexible and helpful. Juan went out of his way a couple of times to help make my visit to Peurto Natales more enjoyable. The rooms (and I stayed in three different rooms due to making three separate bookings) were all very clean and comfortable with nice towels. The bathrooms were great, with good water pressure and rapid hot water. The provided breakfast is conveniently prepared for a quick getaway, making it ideal for those running out the door early. Tea and coffee facilities in each room are great. The view over town towards the mountains is fantastic.
