The breakfast was enough to go for the day. Was really good place to stay. The staff was amazing!!!! We even did the W trek staying there at the beginning and at the end and they kept our luggage. I would stay there again 100%

Perfect room for before and after the w-trek. Good bed, bathtub, and we could leave our luggage there during the trek. Furthermore, we had some travel issues, and although the lady at the reception didn’t speak a lot of English, she was extremely helpful with calling people in Spanish.

Welcoming staff, clean rooms, decent value for money. Breakfast included is a plus when you wake up at 6am to leave for the excursions. Good place to choose as a base to visit Torres del Paine. Car parking available.

Great location in the centre of town, though keep in mind that the bus station is outside of town - this is an 18 min walk and is where to get the buses for the national park. In terms of the hotel, quite basic, but staff is very friendly.
