Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Guest most select the bed type when making the reservation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Simple Patagonia was amazing! The rooms are gorgeous, especially the ones with those huge windows overlooking the water. Just watching the sunset from my room was incredible. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super helpful in renting e-bikes and organizing a taxi for a day trip.

Perfectly located hotel with sweeping mountain and lake views. We had clear skies and warm weather during our stay. The views from the rooms, restaurant and sitting areas were spectacular. Excellent quality restaurant meals at reasonable prices. An abundant and tasty breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Dinner was the best we had in Patagonia. Staff were so friendly and obliging, opening up for breakfast early just for us. Views were stupendous. All round fantastic stay. So good, we didn't even feel the need to visit Puerto Natales.
