Wonderful and well-managed hostel! Loved that the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the shower was strong and hot. Despite only staying one night, the hostel was also willing to help us store our luggage while we were on the W. The receptionists were also really sweet in trying to help us find a cambio that was open on a Sunday (there wasn't in the end, though). We would have loved to stay here again.

Great place to stay! Ideal location close to town and the bus station. Large room, very comfortable beds, heated, good WiFi, decent breakfast, very friendly staff. Very greatful they kept our bags whilst we were on the W trek for free! Recommend to all.

Fantastic hostel. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with my check in even after hours. The twin room I was staying in was comfortable, warm, and spotlessly clean. I slept like a baby and woke up before my alarm. Staff was very welcoming, very helpful and spoke both Spanish and English.

Eris was so lovely and helpful, answering our questions and providing guidance on the town. The place was always warm when escaping the cold outside. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was ready for when woke up for our early tours. Great location, only a few minutes into main town area.
