Please note the hotel only accepts US Dollars and Chilean Pesos.--Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hostel is close to the bus station and offers luggage storage. Rooms are at a basic comfort level with fine beds and own bathroom.

Location was good walking distance to the bus terminal. Convenient enough to walk into town as well. Rooms not so soundproof and a little smelly from the restaurant. Breakfast wasn’t that great. But a convenient enough stay for the price, although basic.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to leave luggage. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and fabulous cafe on site with the best cakes. Close to bus station so perfect for trek transfers.

Reviews state it is dated but it is clean, spacious, staff present should you need anything and a good breakfast. Breakfast consisted of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cake, eggs and a selection of drinks. Good value for money in puerto Natales

Close to the bus station. I needed a place at short notice and they had availability. Nice size room. Had everything I needed after 4 days hiking - bed and shower in a private room.

Friendly and helpful staff, great to leave luggage. The cafe was the best for coffee and cakes and just chilling. Highly recommended as close to the bus station.

Good breakfast Nice dinner option Good location if you want to use the Bus Terminal that connects Puerto Natales to El Calafate/Punta Arenas/Torres del Paine/etc. Overall good value for money
