The room and the place in general were very nice and well designed and well furnished. It was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The on-site staff was kind and helpful when serving breakfast and checking out.

Great place, as in pics, even though some bits would need remakes. Super comfy bed. Central location, 15/20 minutes walk to the bus terminal. I loved having the breakfast left in the room the eve before so that we could manage freely in the next morning to get early buses. At least one girl knows English, that is not common. Smooth communication via WhatsApp. We could leave our luggages in the room at checkout and avoid the 10-10 delivery hours.

We loved everything about this place. It was very cosy for a couple, the bed was really comfortable and the location was very central. Staff were lovely and provided the information we needed and was right next door to a laundry so we could clean clothes after our hikes in Torres Del Paine! Would highly recommend this place

Good central location in Puerto Natales (with a great gelato shop and laundrette right next door!). Really nicely decorated and well-equipped, super comfy beds, hot and powerful shower (very much appreciated after 8 days on the O trek in TdP..!) and super flexible breakfast that is delivered to the room the evening before.

the kitchen is so nice and meeting all my needs , sofa with sunshine , so convenient to do anything, the landlord is the most thoughtful and nice person as she provides salt, oil, pepper etc stuff so you just need buy your favorite food to start cooking, coffee machine, bread maker, oven….

Fantastic, central location in the middle of town. Easy walking distance to the sea-front, shops, restaurants, and bars. Exceptional value for money!
