Staff was nice. Oscar was very friendly and gave me advice on what to do for a spare couple of days I had before doing the W trek. Location is great as it’s 8 minutes from the bus station. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast was nice as they had coffee, tea, bread and eggs or omelets if you wanted them in the morning.

It’s an okay place just to sleep over, especially if you need to go to the bus station. They have an early breakfast (starting at 6am) and storage room, which is very convinient as most of travellers go to other destinations for hiking.

The staff, especially Oscar, who is most at the front desc, is very friendly and very very compentent and helpfull, even in planing tours, renting cars, recommending restaurants, etc. We stayed there twice and liked it. It is exactly between the bus station and downtown in an silent road. Perfect. Thanks Oscar!

This was the best place I stayed in the whole country of Chile and probably the best place I've ever stayed at. Every morning Sabrina would make breakfast for me. She would ask me the day before what time would I like breakfast and on the day of, she would ask me how many eggs I would want. She would also make pancakes. Coffee and tea were also available at all times. The entire kitchen was available for use as I was able to cook and use the amenities there. The level of communication was impeccable. Sabrina provided a WhatsApp phone number for her and for Pedro and anytime I needed anything, I could reach out to them via WhatsApp. The accommodation was so nice, quiet, and very comfortable and in a great location with amazing views of the Patagonia. This place is a hidden gem and I hope more people including foreigners like myself will find a way to get there when they visit Puerto Natales. This place is too good to be called a hostel as You get your room. Sabrina was so kind to even allow me to stay over my checkout time and even helped me with getting a taxi to the airport. The kitchen was fully loaded and her and Pedro were very generous in the way they provided for their guests. The list of positivity goes on and on for these people. I really hope more people will find their way to this amazing place with these warm and generous people. If I could give this place a rating of higher than five I would.
