Tax legislation of the country:
Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) must pay an additional 19% VAT.
To be exempt from this fee, guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests paying for their stay in local currency will also be charged this fee. In case of no-show at the establishment, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include said VAT supplement.
This additional VAT is not included in the establishment's rates and must be paid separately.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Spacious modern apartment. Great facilities for self catering. Warm and comfortable beds. Laundry facilities and on site parking. Quiet.

Almost perfect. Close to new apartment block. Heated, great kitchen, 2 bedrooms which is very rare for a place below 100 bucks a night. Easy check in, free parking in front, great Wi-Fi. Some Cillian road trip company had there clients stay there. Less then 10 minutes walk to the center of town. Fantastic value

Good location - walking distance into town. Check in is done via WhatsApp which is handy and payment was collected at the end (by card, cash in pesos/dollars). Apartment is modern and clean with everything you need. The bathroom has a washing machine which is great. Smart TV in the living room. Beds are comfy. Parking space on sight and free.

Great communication and care by the lady running this. Apartments are new and good. Close to both the centre and the bus station. Quiet and no noise from the neighbours (we were on the second floor). You can store luggage there while trekking in TDP. There is a washing machine in case you have laundry to do after the trek (who doesn't :)). Price is super reasonable considering how new it is. I would book this again and recommend it. Thanks for having us super last minute due to another location (El Establo) messing up.

Very spacious, more than we needed. There was on site laundry which was super helpful after 4 day trekking in Torres del Paine. The host was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend for a day or longer stays.
