-really quick check in (it was not crowded when we arrived), polite and friendly staff at the reception - big clean room, cleaned every day, comfortable beds, complementary coffee with Nespresso coffee machine, tea, water, candies,.. - beach/pool towels provided - playing area for kids close to the reception - small movie theatre with at least 3 shows a day (16:00,18:00 and 20:00) - zip line - playing room for babies and older children with different activities every day open till 21:00(the first time you need to bring your children’s passport if you want to leave them in the playing room) - the food for dinner in the steak house, Italian and Mexican restaurant was good (couldn’t make a reservation, had to wait for not more then 20/30 minutes to get a table) - good choice of food for breakfast and at the beach bar - enough parking lots - good wi fi signal - more then enough TV channels

The whole hotel has an excellent set up for families. Varieties of restaurants, many activities to be involve and the stuff are friendly and helpful!

The service was exceptional, the staff made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to make things easy for me effortlessly. They gave me an early check in and late checkout without me asking and were so helpful. I loved the magic show, I wandered in thinking it would be for kids but he was one of the best magicians in the world who had previously won Latin Americas got talent. The restaurants were amazing and food options were great. I loved the pool and beach and my room with the jacuzzi overlooking the beach was divine! Thankyou for your hospitality 😍

The staff - special shout out to Oliver and colleagues at the buffet, Angel at the pool bar, Yolanda at the spa and the staff cleaning rooms as well as the very helpful reception and concierge staff. The waiters in the Italian and Mexican restaurants too went above and beyond. They all took such care with our family and made our trip special. Even tracked down sun hats that we left by the pool and arranged early and late check out for us. So appreciated when travelling with a young family. Also loved the range of activities and facilities for our young children, the quality of the food, the ample sun loungers and cabanas (we were sometimes the only couple at the adult pool while our children were having fun/refusing to leave the kids club!). The seaweed was cleaned regularly from beach and plenty of cabanas and sun loungers there and great drinks and snacks service from Angel. It’s also quiet in the evenings so we could rest. Loved the turn down service and the daily immaculate room cleaning too. Kudos to the cleaning staff for this. The spa treatment we received was truly wonderful. Very professional and relaxing and such great care from Yolanda and colleagues. We just kept saying what a wonderful trip it was and have now such lovely memories to carry with us
