We enjoyed the location the most. Most places on the beach are extremely expensive or resorts. This hotel was directly on the beach, with lawn chairs, there was a pool as well. It was very clean. There was a restaurant bar attached to the hotel. The sister hotel was right beside and you were able to access the chairs and restaurant as well. The staff was great, the maids cleaned the room every day. The bed was good. They even had a cooler to provide us so we could take our own drinks to the beach. There is a mini bar in the room. Shower was good, Soap and shampoos were provided. After reading the older reviews I almost cancelled but it was a great 4 day stopover and I would stay again

The hotel was right on the beach and you had access to chairs at both places, the beach club and the hotel. Room was a nice size with a balcony to relax on. The hotel was nothing fancy and pretty basic, but worked for what we needed.

I was met with a smile by Salvidor, who helped me to my room on the third floor with my suitcases and gave me all the help I needed to settle in and make my way to the beach and town centre. The beach has a separate Beach club, so there was a choice of two areas to use the beach chairs and the restaurants. The Beach club restaurant offered a very large breakfast at a good price. It was a 10 minute or less walk to the pier to go diving and the shops. The area felt like a village and it was far more appealing then Playa del carmen

I liked the location which is adjacent to the beach and I was also impressed with the food at the attached restaurant. I was there during the supper hour when the rain poured down and this was one of the only places open for dinner that night. Also the food was good, especially the $220 breakfast which provided fresh fruit and eggs benny. I've certainly had better eggs benny but these were better than some of the other restaurants I ate at.

Great location. It’s really great we can use the loungers on the beach for free, other facilities like pool (dirty, nowhere to seat, etc) were pretty bad. Cleaning staff was amazing.
