Staff is amazing! Super frienldy, nice, always smiling. Pool is quite big. No cards for towels which is great! Lots of happening - from live music to kids entertainment.

Enjoy our days in this fancy hotel. Everything is included with many resto. Food is good. A lot of activities. Cheerful animation team. The staff is doing his best to make it enjoyable.

We had one person who couldn't walk the distances so we really appreciated the rides, the buffet was pretty amazing, Batefoot Grill, taco stand, staff friendliness, the beach, the birds, animals, and plants. Attractive settings.

The staff were so attentive. Our room (preferred swim up) was superb, the view was epic, couldn’t ask for better! The good options were great and there were plenty of activities for the children. The slides for the children were great!

Very clean and super well maintained… everyday they had people taking care of the place, gardeners, pool cleaners, waiters, full house of service stuff… lots of white colors and materials that makes hotel feel more natural and connected with local environment. Hotel personal was friendly and respectful all around the clock, with smiles and good vibes. Lots of shows and activities through out the day! Best place for the value we’ve traveled to in Mexico so far!!! Absoultely Amazing

This is a smaller resort, which to us offered a more personal touch. All members of staff we met, were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. This was our second visit to dreams Sapphire, the first time we came it was with family, including young children. Rooms were cleaned daily and they also offer a turndown service as well. If we needed anything for the room, we just made a phone call and the items were delivered. We enjoyed our stay so much that we chose to revisit, but this time as we were travelling as a couple, we upgraded to preferred. We loved the preferred pool, especially the Bali beds. We also liked the preferred lounge in the evening, which was much cooler to sit in and wasn’t busy either, snacks/buffet items are laid out as well. There is no entertainment in there, but it is offered elsewhere. We enjoyed both visits equally.
