Fantastic view from the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant attached to property. Only stayed one night so didn't get a chance to use the pool, which looked great.

The hotel location is good. I liked the wood and the beds are comfortable. One Girl at the reception was very nice and showed us even the hotel sloth and one of the waiters was very helpful and nice.

Staff were amazingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everyday we saw sloths which was amazing! Clean bedding and okay room.

Everything here was great. The location was perfect, the food was good in the restaurant, the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were also three sloths living in the tree next to the swimming pool! The best viewing of sloths that we had during our entire stay! Best of all: we accidentally left a substantial amount of money in the room when we checked out, and while we were waiting to be picked up outside they came running out with the money in their hands saying we'd left it behind! Can't say how impressed I was with this honesty! Would 100% recommend this hotel.

great location, excellent restaurant and warm and friendly staff. room had a great view, however bathroom needs a bit of care and probably a refurbishment of showers is long due, which also makes the hygiene a bit difficult.

Excellent location and the pool was very refreshing after a hot day in the jungle. The bed was comfortable and spotting some monkeys and a sloth from the balcony was a bonus. Staff were always there and were friendly and helpful.
