Caroline is very friendly and offered us a lot of help! She helped contact the taxi driver, tell us the popular places, bus to Brazil, etc.. Cannot imagine what our trip would be without her.

The security of the property and the excellent service from the lovely receptionist. She went above and beyond to help with organising taxis to providing lots of information about Puerto Iguazu and the Iguazu Falls.
