Perfect location right in de busy area of restaurants and right at the beach. The apartment was spacious and had airconditioning. The host was super fast in communication of we had questions

We had a great stay at this property, the room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was such a bonus. The instructions for entry were clear and the communication was excellent. We had absolutely no issues with it not having AC, both fans on and the shutters pulled but the glass doors open - perfectly cool enough for sleeping. Be aware it’s right in the middle of a busy beach strip, and parking nearby can be difficult if you arrive at a busy time but there’s plenty of street parking a few blocks up, and the bars all close relatively early and then you can be lulled by the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It’s a really fabulous location.

Excellent location, in the best part of Brisas. One block from the beach. Organised communication for check in. Balcony with hammock. Very mellow vibe on balcony side, very private. Street side not invasive, actually lovely hearing the night unfold on the street. Organised a reasonable taxi to PE airport for me. Will definitely return again.

Located right by the beach, and the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Host was responsive. Comfortable bed, and good mosquito net.
