If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Princesa Ico in advance.Please note that bed linen is changed once a week. Bathroom towels are changed twice a week. Cleaning service takes place twice a week.Additional cleaning service can be arrange with the reception and requires a surcharge.Please note that the use of safety deposit box requires a charge of EUR 12 a week.Please note that our apartments are non-smoking.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Very friendly reception at the oceano they were so helpful… we checked in there the apartments are literally corner facing the oceano not far to walk but very handy for a drink & something to eat .. the supermarket was really close with a little handy corner shop around the corner from princessa ico apartments… the sportsmen’s were very comfortable very quiet …

Lovely small complex in a quiet area with plenty of sun beds. No need to get up at crazy hours to throw towels down to book beds. Full kitchen facilities including oven which was great. Only a short stroll to the strip. Spar just a couple of minutes walk away but a local shop just around the corner. Apartments cleaned 2 to 3 days a week with bedsheets changed once a week. The cleaning lady was lovely too. Pammy at reception was so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. Also, there is no bar but the complex on the corner across the road is owned by the same company so you can use the bar there. Stays open until midnight I think but finishes serving food at 6pm. This is also where the reception is too which closes at 5pm.
